Beducated's Mariah Freya Featured in New Interview With Kiran Singh

MUNICH — Beducated’s Mariah Freya breaks down taboos in a new interview with wellness leader Kiran Singh.

The wide-ranging interview finds Freya "sharing her insights on sex, menopause, and the power of shame-free education," said a rep. "Freya also offers specific, practical strategies for solo exploration, partner communication, and navigating mismatched libido during menopause."

Freya enthused about her discussion with Singh.

"When women finally get quality information about their bodies, the change is immediate and profound," she said. "I’ve witnessed thousands of these transformations over my years at Beducated. The pattern is consistent: women come to us believing something is wrong with them. They’re not orgasming easily, or their desire has disappeared, or sex has become painful. They’ve internalized these challenges as personal failings rather than recognizing them as common experiences with actual solutions.

"Our research consistently shows that women of all ages who maintain a regular self-pleasure practice report feeling more confident and happier with their sex lives… even a daily self-massage with nice oil can help you experience your body as a source of pleasure rather than just something that’s seen," she added.
